  • Design Coordination – Coordinate with Civil team to define the preliminary site plan and work with the investors/promoters to make the right decisions. Additionally, work with the architectural team to create one of a kind elevation keeping usability in mind and deliver quality plans.
  • City/County Coordination – Understand City, County and Department of Transport requirements and ordinances in advance and coordinate with City, County and other departments to get the plans approved in record time by minimizing resubmittals.
  • Sales & Marketing Cycle Initiation – With more than 20+ top brokers in partnership in various areas, We Initiate Sales and Marketing cycle even before ground breaking thus saving a lot of time and bringing exponential value to the property.
  • Legal Coordination – Having established partnerships with experienced Real-estate and Construction attorneys we coordinate all legal documentations like Developer Agreements , Reciprocal Easement Agreements , Restrictions , HOA formations and other documents.
